It's a flat $20 per active therapist per month — no base fee, no setup cost. You pay only for the therapists on your team. Add or remove seats anytime and billing adjusts automatically.
What counts as a therapist seat?
Any active therapist account counts as one seat. Admins, coordinators, and support staff are always free — there's no limit on non-therapist users.
What's included in the core plan?
Everything: scheduling, session logs and approval, billing automation, IEP goal tracking, session data capture, progress reports, the student & parent portal, analytics, and HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. No feature is locked behind a higher tier.
What are the optional add-ons?
Add-ons are modular capabilities you can layer on top of the core plan. Teletherapy (Zoom integration) and document e-signing are launching soon. Pricing for each add-on is per therapist per month — you only pay for what you activate.
